there is written in Tutorial 1 manual, that never load fuel and payload via FSX interface. I did it once, before I read this. does it mean I have to reinstall 737NGX to work properly, or it will not work properly only in that specific flight, when I did it?

You don't have to reinstall anything. Just reset your fuel etc with the cdu
