How to enter a "hold" using the MCDU

I want to fly a holding pattern at a certain waypoint using the MCDU and then fly it using theautopilot.Ex: Fly 15 nm ahead,then 180 degrees left turn,15 nm back,180 degrees left turn andrepeat the pattern.How do I enter those data into the MCDU ?How to enter the loop and how to exit it ?I appreciate your helpHerbert Werni

Select a waypoint on the legs/waypoint page and select the desired waypoint. Then click Hold. Set up the hold and press insert. To exit, simply press Exit.
