FSX G1000 PROC / Approach sequence

Hi, I generally avoid using the G1000 because it has some shortcomings that I do not like, the worst being that the popup gauge is a separate entity from the in-panel version and settings do not transfer over...However, the recently released Phenom uses the g1000 code - with a much improved user interface, but still has one irritating problem..When selecting an Approach, via the PROC, ENT buttons: first time through, the PROC page that displays only shows one approach, not a list of approaches to choose from.To get the list, you either have to scroll down to the approach shown and turn the inner FMS button, or hit CLR twice and repeat the PROC, ENT sequence, after which it works.As best I can tell, it fails only at first attempt after a new flight plan is loaded (or Direct To plan).There are a ton of variables in the gauge, so I'm having one heck of a time determining which one is the culprit..I just wonder: Has anyone run into this before and could provide a hint?
