November 25, 201114 yr While digesting a lot of turkey, gravy, mashed taters, etc., etc., I decided to organize all the liveries I have downloaded from the AVSIM library. I am left with about 12 or 15 sets of texture files that have no accompanying ptp files. So, my question is: How do you take these texture files and convert them into a ptp file? Thanks in advance.BurpDennis Dennis Trawick Screen Shot Forum Rules
November 25, 201114 yr Author No, I want to do the reverse. Change these textures into ptp files. Wait a minute ....yeah.. I was just thinking if you could extract a ptp from the livery manager, but I don't see how.Instead of installing the textures into the config and ini files to make them work in FSX, I want to turne the textures into ptp files, then use the ptp files and the livery manager to install the liveries. Ryan hinted that making a ptp was easy to do, but apparently not easy enough for me.Okay, never mind ... right clicking in the livery manager .... again..Now for some pumpkin pie. Thanks, Jason .... at least you got me thinking.
