Hi,I just downloaded FPS_Limiter_0.2.rar to use with FSX but I have read that it does not contain any instructions. I tried to open it so I could install it but I got the message "Windows cannot open this file. Windows needs to know what program to use to open it" etc. How do I open it and once I do, is there anywhere I can find some "easy" instructions? Thanks. Tom

Winrar is a program similar to winzip, however this application needs winrar to uncompress it before you can see the content. If you do a search on google for winrar, you should get many hits. Just avoid the sites towards the bottom of the page as I always select from the first well known reputable sites. You never know where viruses can hide from bogus download sites. Cnet is one of the safe ones. I also found this. I don't remember where I downloaded it from as it was some time ago, but this should be OK as well. http://www.win-rar.com/download.htmlAnyway, once you use winrar to uncompress it, then follow the directions how to install and use.
