HelloI 'am unable to complete the verification because when I select the url sent to my mail it fails to open.Just bought the Extended download service for the MD-11X and I'am not able to send a ticketfor retrieving a new download URL.Best regardsMikael Johansson

Try copying the link & pasting it into the location bar on a different browser. Sometimes switching from ie to Firefox works. (or vice versa)
