A Saab 2000 would be nice, faster than the Q400! Cockpit layout as the MD-11 (except auto throttle, instead power modes TOGA, CLB etc) But I guess not =) maybe a ATP =D

Hi everybodyI 'm looking for help regarding a repaint of the wonderful pmdg md-11. Unfortunately I'm completely lost when it comes to making repaints.The repaint I'm searching for is Air OPS of Sweden (air operations of sweden who flew the L-1011 Tristar model) pics are available at air liners . net search fo Air OPSI got photoshop elements and I am able to get the paint on the fuselage but then converting them to whatever format it is to be used in the sim is a mystery for me. To be homest it looks like crap. blurry and misaligned.Anyone willing to help me or are there any expert willing to make the repaint I would be overjoyed!best regardsMikael Johansson

Hii've recently made an complete reinstall of FSX plu SP1/2. And today i had time to reinstall the J41/a2a stratocruiser.These two aircraft had goofd performance before but now there are some serious issues.The aircraft loads an everything is fine, until i move around the aircraft views and then there's a real 3d problem.I get the pilots texture all over the plane, the landing gear is invisible. texture issues.I've seen pictures of this kkind of problem before, but i cant find them in the forum.I hope you understand what i mean! I guess there's something i've missed in the reinstallation process. Or is it settings in the sim, i dont remember.regardsmikael

Hi JimI've reinstalled the A2A lights, restarted the computer and checked for the files you mentioned earlier, But they are still not there!!No improvment in the simulator either of course.fx_shockwave_circle.bmp got this onefx_shockwave_lights.bmp got this onefx_shockwave_lights_l.bmp noand fx_shockwave.bmp and nois it possible you can send me these files, or something or maybe get a new download from A2A strange anywaythanks againregardsmikael

Hi again JimI've got these files in my effects folder.fx_shockwave_circle.bmpfx_shockwave_lights.bmp but the other two is missing.The PMDG MD11 has only the landing lights, and i managed to get the strobes but hey where sitting above the wing.One thing i wonder is, if i look inside my shockwave folder/backup there are only two files in the effect folder fx_strobe.fx and fx_strobeh.fx, in the texture folder there are only one named halo.I'll test an uninstall of shockwave lights to see if that helps.thank you for your kind help and take care with the painkillers :( regardsmikael

Hi JimI don really understand how you mean about using program to undo changes? I have already pushed the uninstall button, nothing happend more than default clouds. But there's still an folder in my FSX folder with ultimate weather. And nothing new of course, should have wait for your reply. Dont really know what to do here, it's boring without nav/strobe lights :( regardsmikael

Nope that didnt work. Same troubles with both 747 and the md11 no nav or strobes, havent added any a2a lights there. strange i have reinstall them both with no results. But i got the J41 working really fine thanks for your kind support Jimregardsmikael

Hi JimYes i got them both. But i had a proble from the start with default J41 PMDG lights, i could not see any navlights from the start, except from the reflections. Conspicuity (spelling?) lights where hardly visible either.CS C-130/B757/B727 got no longer navlights either. i dont know if there's some kind of software collision with pmdg. Could not get any good answer more than an FSX repair, and that's the most boring thing to do. So i started with testing the A2A lights. And now i have the carenado navlights and they look a little to general aircraft to my taste. thank you very much for your help Jimregardsmikael

Hi JimI've solved the strobe effect by using another shockwave strobe, perfect! But when i use the fx_shockwave_navred (_nl/_old) there's no navlight? strange, i tested fx_navredcarenstat from carenados C206. that one worked, but dont look as good as your pictures do. And when i mean there's no navlight i mean i can only see the reflections on the wing and on the aileron balance weights.I've got the update for A2A lights redux. regardsmikael

Jim, i got some problems with the lights, icant see no navlight and the strobe really annoys me in the VC, i've read somewhere that strobes could be fixed but i don remember where?

Is there anybody out there that have A2A's light redux and now how to add these lights to pmdg products, i've found for th 747X and MD11 but would really like to have for the Jetstream aswell. Can somebody give little guide if you want (i know that this is not the right forum, but anyway if some one has time to help a fellow FSX simmer).best regardsmikael

Guess a stupid question, how do i now when it's DX10 preview mode, i thought it was if youn used vista? If this is not the case how to disable dx10? I'm no computer fantast, also got the light trouble Kensei mentioned.bestregardsmikael
