Good day fellow simmers,above mentioned keys are mapped to view-cycles by default. Even when pressing the tab-key to bring those letters in the CDU-scratchpad it is resulting in a view-change. Hitting the clickspots with the mouse is fine.I'm able to map the view-changes via FSUIPC to another keystrokes (ö /ä) but (a / s) ist still there. Strange, such thing never happened to me. Although I use CDU keys now mostly.

Are you using EZDock Camera? Could be the reason why :)
