How am I supposed to get hold of support regarding my order for XP10. I've written emails to the info@ and xplaneorders@ email addresses but I still cannot get a reply out of them. I've been trying to cancel my order now for 6 days without any response whatsoever. If they don't reply to me in the next 24 hours I will be forced into making a chargeback/dispute through PayPal, I think 6 days is plenty of time to reply to an email.And no I am not ringing them internationally from my mobile.

If they've already processed your order then you can't cancel. For the record, when I placed my order it was 3P, and by 5:30P on the same day I had an email saying that my order had been processed and could no longer be cancelled.Of course that doesn't really explain why someone from Laminar hasn't responded.

That's just it I only got one email from Xplane which came at the same time as my PayPal receipt, that email from Xplane said I could cancel up until I received another email from them with shipping details or something like that. To summarise I have only had one email from Xplane and that's it.
