December 2, 201114 yr What is this things problem seriously every time i reinstall FSX i get to the point of installing REX and it never fails problem apon problem.currently my fsx reinstall has came to a halt as REX no matter what i do change or delete i get the dreaded "Failed to save config blah blah"have tried the quick fix by going into the themes looking for the backup file it puts in the wrong place not there.find out i need to download all the service packs off the real environment website and guess what ?all the links for whatever reason wont take me to the download location just the forums that as far as i can tell have no service pack hotlinks. This brings me to the conclusion what kind of company are they running here cant get no service packs off the official website nor on any torrent sites.give them my hard earned money and i would expect if the know about this problem and it is fixed in a service pack i think the service pack should be hotlinked like it used to be on there website.then you try to search for help on there forums and you've got to waste even more time including the 12 install reinstalls and 12 shutdowns off windows then create an account to get access to the answers. Its things like this that even put the real fsx enthuasiasts off ive tried everything deleted all registry wiped my fsx drive defragged the lot was hoping for a nice but very long reinstall that would go smooth.Rant over.anyone here help me out :( or gaming pc free to a good home as i spend more time annoyed at this simulator addons etc than i do in flight.

December 2, 201114 yr Blah blah blah...Rant over.Glad you were able to get that off your chest. However if you spent half as much time actually looking for help in the right place as you spent on unleashing that tirade, you would have found the links on the REX forum about 10 seconds after you logged in. Or did you not bother to register either? Next time please take a deep breath before you blast someone else's product or their business practices for your technical issues which, I'm making an educated guess, sound like they have little or nothing to do with REX itself. If you want help, ask (nicely) on the developer's forum. Evidently that's why support forums exist. Avid flightsimmer with a solo pilot endorsement, halfway toward my Private Pilot in the Diamond DA20 C-1 Eclipse.
