Black bars and scramble in free flight "preview windows"

Featured Replies

Hello,I have a problem with my FSX since some times. I have a scramble view and four black bars which appears in the preview windows of free flight after the first free flight has been done (before the first flight : non problem). No way the find a solution so far, even with a lot of googling. Operating System is Windows 7 / 64 bits. FSX has acceleration pack. After an OS hibernation the problem is solved for the first flight again. After that the scramble appears again and again.A screen shot is attached :Any ideas are welcome, thank you for your helpRallye

Looks like a videocard isue. Try defaulting or just lowering the settings a bit.If that doesn't work, backup your fsx.cfg and let fsx create a new one for you.If you still have issues, then ask again (by the way, it's always a good idea to post your system specs when asking questions as it can give us further clues as to how to help).Cheers, IAN
