December 4, 201114 yr You'll most likely have to submit a support ticket to get your activations reset. Its one of the few things that are generally not handled on the forum. Kenneth Weir My Saitek yoke mod i7 2600k @ 4.7 8GB Gskill CAS7 2x GTX580 SLI Surround + GT520 Accessory Win7x64

In order to receive access to your download, you must open a Re-Download ticket in PMDG's Suppot Portal: http://support.precisionmanuals.com EXTENDED DOWNLOADS ARE NOT SENT WITHOUT COMPLETION OF A TICKET! Upon receipt of your ticket, our support staff will verify that the Extended Download purchase exists in your account, then send you a new copy of your original download link to use! Your extended download service is available to you for 12 months. If you need to re-download during this period, simply follow the instructions above. NOTE: Your re-download confirmation is an exact duplicate of your original purchase receipt and download, so it will include the original pricing information from your original purchase. December 4, 201114 yr Author Much appreciated guys. I've just submited a ticket. Sorry I posted in the forum.Edward Jamnicky Edward Jamnicky I7-975 extreme EVGA 770 Motherboard GTX 295 (I know, I'm working on it) Intel 510 SSD 250GB Corsair HX 1000W G.Skill Perfect Storm 6GB Antec 1200 Win7 64 bit
December 4, 201114 yr No worries. As long as you have the original installer you won't need the extended download service.Keeping that in mind, it is an excellent idea to have an extra hard disk or thumb drive dedicated to archiving setup files. Just add sp's/patches as they're released & you'll save tons of download time + money. I live in the country & have to pay for my bandwidth, so I never download anything twice if I don't have to.
