Hi, I'm sorry if there are already existing threads of this type, but my search button weren't co-operating with me.Allow me to explain my problem:I recently bought the NGX-737, and have really enjoyed it. So to emphazise on the realism in this plane, I wanted to use FSP with it. I started my flight, and got to my T/D, before my screen freezed and it went saying FATAL ERROR, RESTARTING. I thought that this was merely a one time event, and therefore restarted my flight. As I started the board, it froze again. I did this 5 times more to be sure, and then went to write on the FSP forums, and I was told to delete my .cfg . I did this, but the same problem is occuring again, and I'm starting to get frustrated.I have a pretty decent rig, and I am using a tweaked .cfg with a fps limiter. Addons I have installed are: PMDG 737NGX, REX 2.0 and FSPassenger.(I do have the 737ngx updated to sp1)Thanks for reading.- Python

did you switch off that fspax loads the weight into the aircraft? If not, do so and set the weights via the FMC. I use the NGX this way prefectly fine with fspax.

Hi Renzo.I did just disable the weight and fuel option on fspax with no luck, I got 5 minutes further in the boarding this time, but as soon as I right clicked on the upperhead panel, it froze.

I know that you read and have read this about 200 times, but the only time I ever ran into PSPas and the NGX was when I reinstalled everything and after installing passengers last, I did not completely defrag. I have no idea why, but for some reason, anything with a module for me is real touchy, and I have to defrag right after I install it.I had same issue, only never got farther than boarding and would get a restart. I finally uninstalled pspas and then reinstalled, then defraged and have not had a problem since. Have done about 30 flights now with it.

This is not an fspax issue. This is the menu CTD. Do you have another version of uiautomationcore.dll in your FSX root directoroy?

Nope, that' won't make a difference with your issue, please respond to my above post.

That's what I did brother, I erased everything having to do with it. I had to start over, but it was to the point where I couldn't use it. I was only getting ctds with it, and it was what it was.I cleaned all entries out of the registry for it, and did a fun reinstall. Also,everyone always talks about installing everything as an admin, but as my FSX is not in the default area, I find I get more problem doing that admin stuff than without doing it addon wise. The NGX is the only thing other than FSX I have installed as an admin.It is a hard pill to swallow if you had as much as I did in fspassengers, but a reinstall did it for me.As always, everyones system is different, and milage varries, but when only getting cdts with it, it was a no brainer that that was my problem.

Hmm okay, did you do it just now or earleir?

Ya, I would defrag, if that does not work. Load a different plane first, then switch to the NGX, then start passengers,.If you still have no luck, you might as well try the reinstall.

No problem. I know how this stuff is. I build pools for a living, inground ones....and I find it harder to keep all this stuff running smooth for FSX than shooting concrete all day in south Georgia heat....lol
