Scenery library question on priority

Featured Replies

i have the swiss pro X photo scenery. also have some small VFR airfields for Swiss. also have UTX for Europe. in my scenery library....what should be top ...then middle .....then bottom most??thanks...............Bill

Packard Bell i11....64gb ram....1tb SSD....Nvidia 99000 4tb......400watt corsair......Windows ME 64.

I have Swiss pro and sion, thats swiss 1st and sion on top, so i would install 1)UTX 2)Swiss pro 3) VFR fields.

Ideally you would want to layer them like a cake. Biggest piece on the bottom and work towards the smallest piece on top.Since Swiss Pro is photo scenery, even though it covers a smaller area, it would take priority over UTX regardless of layering, Still, in my way of working I'd have UTX below Swiss Pro in the scenery library, with the smaller airports above Swiss Pro.In almost all cases photo based scenery will display instead of vector based scenery, such as UTX and others.

That should be fine.
