December 11, 201114 yr Sorry if this question has been asked already, but does can the 900 produce the same amount of reverse thrust as other NG's? When I engage reverse thrust for the 900, I notice that max N1 is only approximately 62-64% and the reverse thrust levers are restricted to the first detent. The 600-800 have N1 values of around 82% for maximum reverse thrust and the reverse thrust levers move fully up as shown in the FCOM (7.20.17). I could not find any information in the FCOM about a difference for the 900. Does the 900 have reduced reverse thrust compared to the other NG's or is it a problem with my setup or operation of the aircraft? Sp1b is installed and I have screenshots, but I don't know how to get around file size limits. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
December 11, 201114 yr could be a bug, but somehow I bet the -900 reversers are restricted intentionally by boeing to a lower thrust output...hmmmmmmm Peter James / Former Lead Designer Flight Unlimited III / ATP Beechjet 400A Captain 7000+ hours total flying time / Sager NP9280 notebook / i7 950 3.07 / 6 Gig / GTX280M 1280x1200x32

For your specific problem I don't know, I have not tested at this time.Regards,Richard Portier Richard Portier MAXIMUS VI FORMULA|Intel® Core i7-4770K [email protected] x8|NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080ti|M16GB DDR3|Windows10 Pro 64|P3Dv5|AFS2|TrackIr5|Saitek ProFlight Yoke + Quadrant + Rudder Pedal|Thrustmaster Warthog A10|
December 11, 201114 yr Author I finally was able to convert the screenshots into jpegs. The first two are the N1 and reverse thrust lever position of the -800.these two screenshots show the N1 and reverse thrust lever position of the -900.
