If I select a runway and a SID how do I cancel it. Today I chose a runway then a SID and then it stated the SID did not go with the runway. When I tried to change the runway it woiuld not change.The only way to change it was start a new departure and arrival in the FMC.Surely there must be an easier method.Help if possible.Thank-you.Michael Houghton

The only thing you have to make is going back to Dep/Arr page and choose the same rwy again. Thenon the left side you choose the SID. All SIDS that´s showing now is only for that specific Rwy you choosed.But to get the best SID which connect to your first wp on your Route....Look at your charts.So Please do get some charts when flying. There are so much info you need to make a good flight and a sucessful landing.Like THR-Elev, IAF, FAF with elevation, MDA or DH or even RA if CATIII and much much more....../ Leffe
