December 14, 201114 yr I am using Wilco airbus evolution 1..When I take off from the ground I am unable to bank the aircraft. I am currently not using a joystick but I think it is still suppose to turn with keyboard inputs. Also after 2000 or 3000 ft after raising gear and retracting flaps, I try to click the AP1 button but on the ECAM it shows that "auto flight AP off" and sound goes off with red warning light. I cant understand the problem. I cannot engage the autopilot at all. please help....thanks
December 21, 201114 yr Ok, first of all you need a joystick and second of all,, you turn the autopilot on 400 feet above ground when you takeoff. When you take off you take off with toga or flex and when you are in air the aircraft asks you to put it in climb mode. Look at videos and websites, and ofcourse the manuals that come with the aircraft. PILOTS DON'T DIE,THEY JUST GO A LITTLE BIT HIGHER
