The SOP in the company I work at, is a full realign.You could do a fast realign, but since deboarding, cleaning and boarding takes a while, the alignment process will be over long before you're ready to close the doors.In any case, if I remember correctly, Boeing recommends a realign, be it fast or complete, before every flight segment.
