I am trying to upgrade to AS2012 from ASE but the SimMarket site is adding VAT tax to the price, but says tax is not applicable to 'Download Versions'.Can someone please clarify what I will be charged for downloading AS2012 ??Glen

Unfortunately you live in UK same as me and so VAT applies to downloads as well as boxed versions of software.
