Freedom of expression, do you know this right ??Freedom of expression as, defined in amendment 1 of the constitution, bars the US federal government from prohibiting freedom of expression. Last I checked these boys are not part of the US federal government and are free to express their opinions by deleting the posts they wish to delete. I hate to stick my nose in to this, but nothing causes me to get less sympathetic than somone calling an outstanding member of our community (HiFi, AND Damian by extension) dishonest. Mimi is now banned. That is a violiation of AVSIM's terms of use, period. HiFi has every right to remove posts in their forums. AVSIM WILL step in and remove members who cross the line. Mimi succeeded in doing that. He's banned.
