So I keep running into this problem every time I have to install any SP's . I save it then try to open it, but then all these windows start opening up. Can someone tell me how to get it to a ZIP file where I can extract it. I save it, then send it to a compressed file, but it keeps trying to open in Internet Explorer. I did the first SP, but now I can't remember how I did it? Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,

If you d/l the link with the zip file, save the zip to deskboard first.Then extract the zip file so the folder in it remains on the deskboard.From there you open the folder and run the exe./ Leffe
