Where do I go in windows to get error log. Just had fatal error freeze crash after 4 hour flight. I am so ######!

Ok I figured it out. Looks like the g3d.dll crash I have not ever had before, I have heard off and thought I was immune to. Got an hourglassing cursor screen freeze for like a minute and then crash to desktop. I can probably look it up but any ideas what it might be. I have 100,s of hours on FSX with this computer with none of these crashes, the only thing I did today before the flight was uninstall and reinstall shader 3.0.Any help is much appreciated.Thanks
