Merry Christmas folks.Please see the attached screen shots of white islands in the Fraser River near CYVR. I found the solution to this known issue years ago and now its back. To clean up the mess my scenery library was in and establish insertion points for my Orbx scenery I moved much of my scenery around and even reinstalled some. I have spent days trying to fix all the issues it has created. I cant seem to find out what the solution was for fixing this old issue.Since I have all Orbx products ie PNW, UT Canada, Vancouver + v2.0, Victoria + installed I do not know which one to look at. And of course there are patches upon patches for various problems.I have been searching all the usual forums and those related to my sceneries above but can not find the solution. That looks like certain textures are not getting rendered. Why not try and close all non-FSX related apps you have open in the background (perhaps you are running low on VRAM)?Cheers,- jahman.

Thanks guys I actually did post over at Orbx where I spend a lot of time.I know that problem is not related to VRAM, even thought I do have lots of stuff going on as well.Holger says he doesn't know and suggest it might be my Van+ maybe missing a patch. So I am going to check that out.I was sure hoping that someone might have had the same experience and have immediate knowledge on where to look as I have spent far too much time "fixing" old issues ever since I tried to reorg my scenery library.

If you moved scenery files around, maybe you need to have FSX rebuild the scenery cache?Cheers,- jahman.

I maintain "empty scenery cache upon exit" ticked on. So I suspect that would not be the issue either but a good thought.I did a complete Van+ turn and turn off and there is no difference. Its like some textures are just missing.

As I recently posted over at Orbx, I found the solution to white islands in the Fraser River just south of CYVR (Vancouver) problem. For Airport Addon CYBB (Boundary Bay) You must turn off "enable for Van+" and turn on "enable for PNW if you have Orbx PNW scenery.
