Like, on PMDG's livery website there are some liveries with the * meaning that they're represented exactly how they are in real life. If I choose, say American Airlines and I mess around with the config (for example, adding the 40 GPWS callout) is there a way to reset these changes to how they were originally when you first install the livery or do you have to completely reinstall the livery?

Yes there is an option in the cdu that says "restore original" and another which says "restore from another." These are found in pmdg setup>aircraft, I believe.
