Simple answer: There is no 737-300 addon which fits your criteria.

Indeed. Other than Wilco, we have no FSX native 737-300 at all. It's the only model out there. That said, Enigma Studios is doing a 737-300 with a VC apparently, but I'm not sure what their status is right now.
