Fatal Error - Every Descent

I tried looking for solutions and came across a few, but none seem to work for me. I've tried about 5 flights in the 737-900 and about 1 minute into the descent, I always get a "FATAL ERROR - FSX IS RESTARTING" problem. It's become really frustrating. I've installed the latest SP and still no joy. My event log shows this:

I don't know what this means. Literally no idea. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction? At least tell me what's wrong?Specs:Win 7 - 64bitIntel i5-2500k @ 3.0ghzGraphics card is a GTX 470 with the latest driver installed.FSX (NO Acceleration) SP 1+2 installed.12g of RAMI have the MD-11 and it flies like a dream. I just don't know what's going on with the 737. Help? Please?
