Just look at any screenshot you have seen of XPX to date and I can guarantee you that's what Italy will look like in XPX too, sad, but at this time its true.

There are no regional buildings or roadways and therefore every city, while laid out differently, will still result in the same generic appearance with mostly small buildings and the occasional multi-story apartment building or high-rise.
