January 25, 201412 yr its not an big issue just contact LR and tell them you have a bad disc. They will send you a replacement for the damaged disk. Takes about 3-5 days. I had the same issue with XP9 a few years ago. Not sure why, but XP discs seem to be very fragile. Rob
