February 22, 200422 yr Just thought I'd ask if any of you knew a good alternative source to FSHost and MS Gaming Zone for hosting a non-controlled multiplay server where other folks who are local to me would be able to see my server running from some sort of browser and join up?I like FSHost, however it's just not busy enough (not enough users) to get folks joining so easily/quickly...i can run a long island server for hours with noone joining up so i was interested in something very similar but with a much larger user base...dunno if it exists but just thought id ask.Dave Dave Kalin Excel Classes Computer Lessons

February 23, 200422 yr Hi,The ZONE at MS is still open for MSFS9 and the others. You just need to sign in first, before you can see the rooms.Once signed in, you click on the CD-Rom Games tab, (Which means games that require the CD to be in the drive)*One NOTE For WinXP Users, you must be logged in with Administrator Privileges in order to use that service. Then you can view the rooms available for MP flight. We have also just opened a NEW forum here at AVSIM for MultiPlayer Flight.Link is here:http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=show_topics&forum=195We will be setting up different events in the future as well as encouraging others to host their own sessions.Regards,Joe CryptoSonar on Twitch & YouTube.
