Can't Re-Install AS2012 I have the Pre Release Version

I just completed a reinstall of both my OS & fsx, I redownloaded AS2012 from Simmarket, but the files have a bin ext and there is no exe???? Please help!

What do you mean, you have the pre-release version, did you work on the beta?
