Dont tell you deleted your installers from the previous download have you? If you have check you recycle bin. If not go to your account and check if the link is still valid. If not you just learned the hard way you need to purchase the extended download option. or you can put in a support ticket and explain what you did and you mite be lucky Once you installed all your addons again make sure you back them up for the next time

Hi JimbojumboThe simple answer to your question is yes you can re download. However consider these steps first.

• Have you retained the installers that came with the product, as I believe if you run these the product will re install and if it is being installed on the same computer as before then the activation code will probably work also. (unless you have re installed and run out of activations)
• If you have not retained the installers I will refer you to the pmdg site which details the procedure.

• Maybe send a ticket to PMDG support system with your issues and maybe they can tell you exactly what is required as the two pointers above are from memory.
