ntdll.dll is at the very center of Windows. Some standard questions:
  1. Are you OCing?
  2. Is your PC up to date via Windows Update (for the latest MSVC and .NET Runtimes)?
  3. Does this CTD always occur at the same spot?
  4. Is there a related scenery you can disable/uninstall/update to keep from CTD'ing?

Cheers,- jahman.
