AI aircraft hovering above ground at Simflyers EDDF

Featured Replies

Howdy folks, maybe you could help me out here. I got the Simflyers EDDF scenery installed in my FS9, but for some reason all AI aircraft hover above the ground by something like 3 to 4 feet. Oddly, I could observe this behaviour only at this airport. I already tried lowering the field altitude via AFCAD2, thinking this might have to do with the problem, but it didn't.Has anybody else seen this bug and maybe heard about a solution? Thanks :-) !

I only had this problem with the demo... the full payware version works fine at my end. Are you using the demo ?

There is a "patch" for download at the simflyers site, which fixes this issue.Wolfgang

No, I have the full version. As for the patch, if you mean the "traffic fix", it doesn't seem to have changed anything on my machine. Then again, I'm also using some mesh for Germany...didn't think about this earlier, but could this lead to the hovering AI planes?

Probably the cause... what happens if you disable the mesh in your scenery library ?
