February 2, 201214 yr I am currently getting an error message when I open FSX referring to 3 invalid entried in my scenery.cfg.The problem is that its states entried 157, 158 & 158 but when I open my scenery.cfg in C;\user/user.my documentsthe list only goes up to number 156.....so where is the remained of the entries kept??Many thanksGeorgesorry the entries stated are 157, 158 & 237George
February 2, 201214 yr No problem. But thanks to MS (and some addon devs I think), you can enjoy a lot of those scenery.cfg files on your system and only one is the right one as far as I can tell.

There's only two scenery.cfgs. One (the working one) is located in the hidden folder you told the OP and the other is in the same folder as where the FSX.cfg is located. This scenery.cfg is NOT the working one but we were advised by the developers (I think Phil Taylor) early on after FSX was first released that it should remain in the FSX.cfg folder and should never be deleted (or modified).
