Do we now have the necessary SDK for enabling the sluicing rain on the windshield in the Virtual Cockpit view? It's an effect I really like, and miss because I rarely fly the default stuff.Cheers......

I think we do because I seen a post by Tim Dickens in the FSD forum.A new service upgrade (can't remember the aircraft) actually shown raindrops in the VC.Let's hope that we will get them because I like them also (I rarely fly in the 2D)

Designers can certainly add this feature now. Keep in mind there is an overhead associated with it and at least for my setup, water effects must be turned up all the way for it to work smoothly.This shows the rain effects in the VC on the soon-to-be-released AC500.http://www.flightsimonline.com/ac500/Image235.jpgMilton

Jason,Oh yeah .. been very busy with the AC500 and the Howard 500. We will hopefully get the AC500 released in the next few days. The Howard is about completed and awaits textures and will be another 4-6 weeks likely.
