This issue occurs when REX is installed. Believe there is a fix or upgrade on the REX site OR you have to reinstall REX. There are similar CTD's listed below in this forum that also discuss this same issue. Also make sure you have Windows.net updated through the Windows Update program and you have MS Visuals 2005-2010 with all updates installed (see add/remove programs). I believe REX checks to be sure you have the right MSV installed and installs it if you do not have it installed. When you reinstall REX or upgrade it, make sure you disable UAC and any anti-virus program during the installation.Best regards,Jim
