ok i just got a flight in. i found the problem !!!!!!! :lol: i dont know if this happens to anyone else or not if not i still have some other problem. when i have the fmc up in my ngx and i have that green bar showing where you type your info into my look and view keys "wont work" as soon as i click that green bar thing and make it go away, whaala, i have all my keys functioning again. will some of you guys please try that on your machine and see if its the same way ? and let me know if its not then i would still like to know whats causing it thanks

i cant get enough oxygen thru my nose needed at this point to calm me down !!! the ol lady is hateing this sim like you wouldnt believe, mabe a little bit of me too. HEE- HEE. i know im probably jumping the gun a little but, i reversed my CPU overclock back to stock tried only 1 airport so far and i had all my F-key's. i hope that was my problem we;ll see. ill come back and tell you guys what happens after i try a couple airports and hopefully flights

OK IM ALL BUT DONE WITH THIS B.S. thought i got it working but wrong !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! none of my F keys work they freeze up when configuring my pmdg 738. once done and looking out windshield thats it the only way i can get virtual or spotview is by right cliking, and even at that i cant even zoom in in spotview i even tried running without any scenery loaded, wideview and wide traffic disabled. also at kgeg in spokane,wa. thanks. i found the problem, it was in my fscuip i accidently had it for just "cockpit forward" when it should have been "virtual Cockpit forward"

for some reason my f9 key stopped working. (AES,FSuicp,Linda,UT2,GEX, Wideview & Widetraffic, Pmdg 738 NGX), ch throttles and pedals and yoke. i thought it was from AES but without it it still did it. i tried a stock airport and still, i tried stock airplane and still. i can get it from my dropdown menue but once i click on f 1o i cant click back to VC any ideas? i dont know what i did or what made this happen. the only thing i have added is a bunch of sceneries for AES. i was going to do a fsx repair since ive had success with that in the past. but if i have to end up doing that i have a few probably wore out questions 1) will i loose all my progs. like AES and credits ect. 2) will i loose any of my addon scenery's and textures what will i loose? its been so long since i did it i dont remember thanks so much for your time

ok i was wrong on my last posting. i finaly figured it out.i always feel like i always want answers but never have answers to contribute. i feel pretty good now cause i now have a answer to the problem of no "wideview or widetraffic"showing up under the dropdown menue in fsx.client computers after trying to configure activesky 2012 on a seperate computer not running fsx.(networking).heres what i have and did: 3-computers running fsx deluxe and wideview & widetraffic (1comp "main"= front view / 1 comp= l.f. view / 1comp.=r.f. view) 1-computer (no fsx) activesky 2012,PAX SDK sp2 update on all as described in documents for setting up a program running on a networked computer, the only computer that gets the "simconnect cfg."file that goes in your "my Documents"folder is the computer thats going to be running the program seperatly from the fsx comps. as with my setup, only the 1-computer gets the cfg. file the 3-comps.running fsx just get the "simconnect XML" file that goes into your fsx appdata folder "NOTE" ANY CFG FILE IN ANY ONE OF THE OTHER COPUTERS "my documents folder" WILL NOT ALLOW YOUR WIDEVIEW OR WIDETRAFFIC TO SHOW UP UNDER THE DROPDOWN MENUE in your clients machines !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! although i found that i had duplicate wideview/widetraffic in my server machine dropdown menue in which the duplicates were showing clients in them so i could actually ajust my clients configuration from my server machine be sure to add your comp.name (my preferance)where the address goes in the XML file for the computer your in and port#,protocol "IP4", local or global. now you need to enter same exact info in your simconnect CFG file thats in the one comp. "mydocuments" folder. be sure to add info for each additional computer that contains a xml file on the next simconnect paragraph.same as you did above except you should have a different computer name that reflects your other computer that you want your program to talk to so as with my setup for "Activesky2012" and "PAX" in my cfg file i have 4 simconnect paragraphs filled out all with same info except each one of those has a different comp.name each one matching the comp. name for each seperate computer. only the 4th paragraph for "PAX"had to contain a different port# which was specified by the program i hope this helps people like me that cant seem to pick it up as fast as others and need very basic info. i hope i made it easy to understand anyone feel free to add to or correct anything i might have missed,or to juat simplify it even more thanks for everyone that tries to help.

i dont see anything that says comm,or radio in the fmc/commands. im trying to bring my radio up by a button and not clicking the little square on the dash with the mouse thanks

this plane doesnt seem to offer very many keystrokes to activate switches,unless ive been looking in the wrong places. im trying to program one of my ch switches to bring up the comm radio. any ideas or direction thanks

when i start a flight when i click on enable i hear the voices say "test-Test Ect." then it says "initializing" but it never goes any further any ideas. "windows 7 (Highend comp.) / fsx sp2 / pmdg 737-800 / utx / ut2 / Linda / cpflight mcp/ " thanks

i got it to work. dont know if this was the right way or not but heres what i did: i pulled up both deltas ini files side by side and the delta70 had a long list of error timmers on the bottom where none of my other planes had that in there ini files. so i replaced everything in that ini file with the info from my other delta plane's ini file. so far that seemed to work. i only tried it once since i typed this so hopefully it keeps working

me too! al is good now my three screens now have identical planes and that fixed my problem with lining up my views

i did try uninstalling and re-installing no-go. i compared its cfg to another pmdg plane cfg and they are identical, nothing looked different. so i have no idea whats going on. i looked at both delta70 livery and newer delta livery cfg both are the same. i will however look again thanks for your reply

hey guys, i just recently went into private sceneries post on this page and downloaded the "Delta70 liveries for my 737-800NGX after using the pmdg livery mgr. to load it, i now get this error after choosing this livery and clicking fly . right befor it starts i get this error: "PMDG_737NGX.2dll unloaded" every time i is my favorite livery, is there anything i can do to fix this issue? my other liveries work fine thanks

i did just send a ticket on this issue, but heres what im trying to do. im running 3 pcs. 2nd pc took my 737-800 but my 3rd pc says "max activation" incident# 5960-12181 is there something i can do to make it activate. widetraffic sugjests using same type aircraft on clients as server thats why im doing this i think this is the 4th time activating my 737-800 ngx thank you

im soooo sorry, im stupid !!!! i started thinking about how my weather worked in wideview and realized my wideview server distributes the weather to its wideview clients so that means i just needed to network my ase2012 to my main fsx(server) machine and and my main fsx machine(server) will do the rest all is ok now

i wouldnt think this would be a hi-fi issue cinse the weather is working but more of a wideview issue,since the wideview in addon isnt showing up,just fuicp4. ive left a post overthere (wideview) but i dont usually get responses for days to weeks later if at all, usually. over here i get some kind of response fast. this is a great site thank you

sorry if this is not in the right place but heres the problem im having: im trying to run ase 2012 on seperate computer from fsx it worked but now my wideview doesnt show up under the dropdown menue, ok whats making it not show up is the "simconnect cfg."file that was placed in "MyDocuments" Folder. that cfg file is needed for my activesky 2012 that is being run on a seperate computer than my main fsx computer. in the hi-fi documents it instructs to do that so my weather will be sent to all clients in which both clients recognises server by running the ai airplane test in sdk and it did recognised ai planes on server,but now my wideview and widetraffic wont show up in dropdown menue. once i take that file out of the documents folder it shows up fine.i have simconnect.dll xxxx905 in wideview folder.so i put my same info into a xxxxxx905 simconnect cfg. file and placed it into mydocuments folder, same thing happens no wideview in dropdown.once file removed from mydocuments folder wideview shows up. how can i fix this issue,cause i really want my weather on a seperate computer. thank you

i dont know if the ground is dropping or the plane is lifting, i just looked at the altimeter and it shows 700 and climbing at idle. tried another pmdg plane and same thing, slew mode? not sure! now it stoped but now my wideview isnt showing up in addons on other computer so im trying to fix that. "if its not one thing its another" ill be back to let you know how its working

so far ive tried texas and california airports. when i start the sim it starts whith my plane at airport terminal then starts lifting straight up in the air like a helicopter to around 260 ft whats causing this? im running fscuip4, linda, wideview. wide traffic,UT2 , pmdg 738 NGX i dont know why this started hapening any help? thank you

sorry to step on this thread but have a ASE20102 question, im running 3 comps. #1comp (MAIN) 2 monitors; fsx deluxe,wideview,wide traffic,fsuipc4,,Linda ut2 ase2012 rex(not running) #2 comp 1 monitor: fsx deluxe,wideview,wide traffic,fscuip4,ut2. ase2012(not running) rex(not running) #3 comp.(NO FSX) 1 monitor: widefs7,wideclient,ase 2012,EFB (electronic flight bag, radar contact. the question i have is in widefs7 i think it is,you set in the config.ini the address port ect to the server comp. wich would be my #1 comp. now since im running fsx on my second comp for wideview,and its considerd client to the main comp for wideview would i or should i add that address also in my 3rd comp.widefs config or simmconnect (forget which one) so "ASE2012" can also talk to 2nd computer for weather? or will it automaticaly? or will the main comp relay the weather automaticly ? now im confusing my self sorry. hope this makes sence. trying to run ase on 1 computer (no fsx) and relaying weather to both of the others running fsx and wideview. do bothe other comp addresses need to be added to simconnect xml or just the main one. thanks

excuse me for sounding stupid but dont have that much experience but i thought widefs on another comp. fools the server or something that that youve got fsx running on the 2nd comp. in that case why doesnt or cant voxatc work on a network since there talking ? sorry if im beeting a dead horse and to step on this thread thanks

also when i tried installing it fscuip asked to direct it to the FSX.EXE when i directed it to my main computer where its installed it said incorrect path. its showing it wants a path of "prog files\fsx" but my path is C\fsx and says this version of simconnect cant locate it or something like that. its also asking me to fix the path looks like im having all kinds of trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 nights at this and cant get it working FRUSTRATED!!!!!! i installed efb (electronic flight bag) and it works fine so i know my network is working, i can see and exchange files. im now lost dont know what to do next please help thank you
