February 14, 201214 yr I need to have payload = empty (no passengers, no cargo) when I load PMDG 737 in an airport. Saving own panel state (and loading with it) does not save payload amount, and at new game start it shows again 65 passengers and cargo>0. Nevertheless saving own panelstate (and loading with it) saves teh FUEL quantity. :unknw:Please, tell me, where can I change payload amount (which file)?
February 14, 201214 yr I told to another user via PM that there is no setting about payload saved in the .sav file, probably not also in the .fmc file.I think it will be saved in the fsx saved flight, so if you need to load with 0 fuel, simply save the flight with FSX.Hope this work. February 14, 201214 yr Author Hm... if it loads such parameters so it definitely takes it from somewhere. And if I knew where it is stored, I could try to change it to my desired figure. If I save it with FSX my craft won't be "fresh". However it will not be faster to do...
February 14, 201214 yr If you save it as the default flight, it will be loaded with FSX and you can simply change what you want before starting the flight. But as I told you, I don't know exactly where payload data is stored, 100% is not inside the .sav file, 90% sure it is not in the fmc file, and it is not stored in the livery file as I checked also it.So it remains the flight sim. saved flight. February 14, 201214 yr Saving the flight does indeed carry over your payload. That is how I have been using the NGX. When I finish the flight, FSUIPC auto saves as I exit. Then I load that save up, and the plane is exactly as I left it at the gate. So follow Andrea's advice and you should be good to go. February 14, 201214 yr Author Thanks, but it is not what I need. I need a "FRESH" craft wherever I decide to put it. (Your advice is very known by me)
February 14, 201214 yr If you save it as the UI generated flight, it will be loaded by default at FSX startup, in freeflight menu you will decide all wheater, airports and so on, then push Fly now and you will load it fresh, at the desired airport with no passengers on board.I don't think there is another way, but you can ask to pmdg using a ticket, it could be interesting if there is another way to do it as I also hope for another way to do.
