Yes, I know other people have also written about this - but guess what - none of them have had a replySo here goes my effortCan you please adviseI have the NGX 737-8/900 with Svc Pack 1 and 1b installed.I have had nothing but FSX freezes and the last few flights which can occur early on - or later on. The later on ones are the bane of my life, as I would like to land this bloody thing - especially after a long 1.5 hour flight.So I decided to uninstall the whole product and reinstall again.I read the forums and by PMDG's responses, you should run the installer again to uninstall things.Well, like others; Uninstall after SP1 (no reply)I am caught in a loop. It says that my product is a later version than the one installed and I need to uninstall that first. Even if I go to the base package to uninstall it says it is a later one, and I need to uninstall that first.I seem unable to get past this loop. I dare not just delete the thing as I just know there will be licensing issues around the corner.Is someone from PMDG able to assist please?Many thanks in advanceRay Hughes

Peter,Thanks for the reply. I am reluctant to do this, based on PMDG recommendations - you should use the original installer to uninstall - when licensing is an issue I would prefer a response from PMDG - if they say it is ok to use the Control panel then I will do that.Have you un-installed the 737NGX using just the control panel, and then re-installed without any problems ? - let me knowThanksRay
