Hi everybody,i would like to know more about the barometer of the 737 NGX, maybe in general (should be the same fonction).In the following picture you can see the barometer knob, i don't know how can i set it (i imagine you have all information on charts, but which one is the good one ?), and why ?Thanks for your help.

There's no substitute for getting into the manuals provided in the .pdf files with the sim.For your question, go to "Operating Manual Vol 2" (known as the FCOM volume 2) and scroll down to page 1.20.2. From there scroll page by page until you see the section of the panel you're wondering about. In your case, page 1.20.5 has that section. See that circled 10? The legend tells you that chapter 10 (of the FCOM) has information about those controls. What you're asking about is called an EFIS control panel, and starting on page 10.15.1 of the FCOM is everything you could want to know about the answer to your question.
