February 20, 201214 yr i am 100% sure that this has been covered already a few times, i did use the search but too much too sift through for such an easy question.I am playing around with getting some better visuals going as my FPS are quite good, so trying to get the best looks for my machine,Do i set the AA in the sim at 0 and use my ATI panel for the AA or opposite, or do i use both for example, in fs settings set to 4x and also in the ATI panel set to 4X also.Thanks,P.S I know this has been covered but cant find it so I apoligize. Intel I7 12700KF / 32 GB Ram-3600mhz / Windows 11 - 64 bit / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060TI / 32" Acer Monitor, Honeycomb alpha/bravo, CH rudder pedals, Tobii 5, Buttkicker, Logitech radio panel.
February 20, 201214 yr I use nVidia cards but the same approach would be the same for ATI. Disable AA in FS9 itself and then use your ATI panel to set whatever level of AA you find most suitable for your rig. Don't set it in both applications though as I would expect you might get some conflicts if you did.Hope this helps.David
February 20, 201214 yr Author I was almost certain this to be the case to only use the panel outside of fs and disable in fs9 but just wanted to reconfirm. Thanks alot for your reply ;) Intel I7 12700KF / 32 GB Ram-3600mhz / Windows 11 - 64 bit / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060TI / 32" Acer Monitor, Honeycomb alpha/bravo, CH rudder pedals, Tobii 5, Buttkicker, Logitech radio panel.
February 22, 201214 yr I set 4x AA from Nvidia setting (9800GT) and turn on AA inside fs9. No fps drop. 1-2 is normal (and worthed).
