This enables DX10 preview within FSX if set to "1".

And if your computer doesn't meet the DX10 requirements, changing that line won't do a thing!FSX SP2 or higher.Vista or higherA DX10 compatible video card.

Aha! Thanks a lot guys. My computer runs DX10 just fine. In fact FSX runs better in terms of fps with DX10 enabled, but the bugs are annoying of corse.
