If that was aimed at me, I'm sorry for not embellishing my tone so that it appears overly helpful. As I mentioned, a lot of this information is actually in the shortest PDF they included in the package, which is a quick intro to get you used to the plane and tell you about its quirks. It would have answered all of your questions in less than 10 minutes of reading, whereas the whole thread here took several hours. It's not that we aren't here to help, it's that a little effort on your end goes a long way, both in memory retention and in peoples' perceptions here.Proven fact:People are more apt to help you out if you bring something to the table.Show up with: "Hey, I looked at the intro manual, but I'm confused about setting X. The manual says [whatever it says], but does that mean [a] or ?"Get: [Full dissertation on the topic - you put in effort, I'll put in effort, because I know you'll actually read what I wrote]Show up with: "Hey, how do I [do something that's explained in the Intro manual]?"Get: [short answer - you didn't put in effort, so I won't put in much effort, because I'm not sure you'll actually read what I wrote, like you didn't read the intro manual]None of that is to be degrading in the least. I'm simply stating facts of the human psyche. If you read my earlier post, too, you'll see the comments are actually incredibly neutral. They're not fluffy, but nowhere in there do I say anything mean to you. Fluffy detracts from my meaning, and that's counterproductive.
