AFAIK the new 777 will still have a metal fuselage, so higher air pressure is out, and higher humidity probably as well.
Good point. But BA 747-400s have humidifiers on their aircraft. Makes for a pleasant flight.

Yes, 19 hours seems a bit long, and I would like stop overs!
