Close with FSX?

Featured Replies

Can Linda be made to close together with FSX? Kinda bothers me that Linda stays open after FSX closes.

not as a setting in LINDa itself, but can be done without problems according FSUIPC Manual "FSUIPC4 for advanced Users" page 44

Nice!! Did I already mention I love FSUIPC!!?? :Nerd:Thanks!

  • 2 weeks later...

downloaded and activated FSUIPC latest version. have now tried with Linda on core 4 system test rig. manage to assign buttons while FSX is running took me all today to nut it out.But it seems to work !!!!!!!!!!. Looks like its best use is with Multi comb panel. ----------------------- :( just dont want to experiment on main rig, - how do I delete all the joystick and keyboard entriesThe standard.xml file in the controls folder I removed all the joystick entries between both entries what happens if the file has CH thottle quadrant, ch pedals and 2 saitek throttle quadrants. LINDA doesn’t need any assignments made through FSUIPC, either for Joysticks orfor the VRinsight MCP Combo (apart from the axes, of course):so you should first of all make sure that you delete from the FSUIPC4.ini file all thecurrent assignments for the VRinsight MCP Combo and your joystick/yoke.LINDA also doesn’t need any further LUA scripts inside the Modules folder, since youprobably now have them in the FSUIPC4.ini file. After that, delete every Joystick Buttons entry in your FSUIPC4.ini [buttons]section— and also be sure to do that for your add-ons too, e.g.[buttons.A2A_Spitfire]You can also delete things like[VRInsight.FMER][LuaFiles][MacroFiles] :(

Man, I can't read your post.

Yep hard to read... :blink:And I do not understand the question...

- how do I delete all the joystick and keyboard entries
You said you removed all according to the manual in standard.xml and FSUIPC.ini ...So, all your assignments are deleted...

Yeah, I didn't get him too. There is another discussion thread about the similar thing.
