Nothing I would say. It depends how you start your marketing. If you decide to start with superlatives without delivering anything, then I would say its very normal people are sceptical. Why not start marketing when there is something really, really good to show where everyone could see in one trailer that this is the best software ever now. Yes, and not only once. How many companies have been there, annoucing the best of the best and delivered standard or less?

First hand from a Phenom pilot which was asked exact this question on Rauls Discord Phenom beta. And its also interesting to see how often manufacturer manuals differ from the actual real aircraft. Thats the advantage to have several Phenom pilots during beta testing. they can verify such irritations, because evrybody says "but in the FCOM, Manual, etc...." and the pilot says "No, it isn't in reality".

No need to feel sorry. Thanks that you tried to advertise it. But as I say in the description I'm not able to make any bug fixes. And before anyones system will explode using my tool, I take it better offline.

I removed that tool from flightsim.to I have no desire for panic to break out here simply because I programmed this tool using AI. The description clearly states that everyone uses it at their own risk—and I myself have been using it for months without any issues. I am merely sharing my work in the hope that others will find it useful. However, I have no need for negative reviews or warnings directed at my work.

Better to keep comments and interactions at one place and handle them well, or have several places and probably loose oversight?

Not quite correct from my point of experience. I fly mainly Europe, mainly IFR with SIDs and STARs, and I get this issue 100%. If I request descent, answer is "land runway xy" (only if ATC haven't me told to descend before, but told me the expected approach) I filed this bug many, many times, at least since September, maybe already earlier. Others have done too. But no reaction and no fix.

Standard is enough. none of the additional Asobo/Microsoft aircraft or sceneries are worth it. Better invest into proper addons then.

I highly vote for that we get a flightsim wide binding agreement what "soon" should mean!!! Can't be that it stretches from a few days to a year, depending on the developer (I do not mean that serious!)

Yes, that's the real world and your job as a pilot. Imagine you would be a real VFR pilot: no one would tell you anything, you are completely responsible for yourself. Not here. You should check your firewall etc and contact BATC support. That's absolutely not a common problem.
