I have a question regarding fsx videos to youtube. I just finished editing a 30 minute long movie that was an fsx film. I'm rendering it in 720 format but the file is huge, like 200gb. How is it possible? I see some people put videos up over an hour long and they can upload it, how come I can't and how can i make the file size lower. I edit in Sony Vegas 8

I would encode it using an X264 encoder to AVC for the video, and AAC for the audio. I think you can mux it to an MP4 file format for youtube. I use freeware tools Avidemux and Handbrake. Freemake is another option though that one doesn't give as much control.scott s..
