I found this site which was recommended as providing great deals on all computer parts and they also sell a few built gaming desktops. This one below all looks fantastic. I would sell the graphics card instantly though and purchase a 980 or 1070 and also need to ask someone who works there what the deal is with the motherboard because it doesn't show one in the specs. Hi, I have a question regarding a limit to the voltage my card can go up to. I use precision x and FSX always seems to crash when it boosts the voltage up to 1013, however, if when I am using FSX and it keeps the voltage at 0965, then it never crashes and is fine. However, I don't know how to stop precision x from automatically jumping up to 1013 volts. Is there a program out there where I can just keep the voltage at 0965 to below 1000 without it going up to 1013? The card is a 580GTX Really would like some help. Thank you.

Hi, recently, out of the blue, whenever I use my joystick to pan around the cockpit or external view, it pans extremely sluggish and because of this, stutters. Even though I am getting a clean 30 or 40 fps constantly. It's odd because it literally started to happen when I restarted my sim. If I hold spacebar and move my mouse to pan, everything is smooth and looks great, but obviously I much prefer to use my joystick for the panning as its easy to do while flying. Does anybody know how to fix this? Is it a camera.cfg fix? Something else.... Really hoping for some insight. I've attached a video showing you what I am talking about, its hard to tell from the video, but the panning is sluggish, and does stutter and its not to the 30 or 40 fps it displays in the corner. Normally with that many FPS, when I pan, it's very smooth and somewhat fast also, not slow like you see in the video. I run at 4Ghz with a 580GTX, Many thanks! Hi everyone, so 90% of the time I use payware aircraft that have some type of FMC, but in some aircraft, like Carenado's phenom, the navigation system is a G1000, so in PFPX I will create a flightplan and export it to the MSFX folder. Inside FSX I will load this plan up in the flight planner page, but once its loaded, half of my fixes aren't even loaded. Why is this and is there anyway for it to load exactly what I have planned in PFPX. Incase I am not being clear, lets say I have planned a departure with the final fix of the departure being CPT VOR, and then the plan follows with various fixes and VORs. When I load this into the FSX planner, it will leave out a bunch of the vital fixes and just skips straight to the CPT VOR for instance.Very frustrating. If anybody knows of a solution, i'd love to hear it P.S. i was just using pfpx as an example of the tool i use, but it does this with any prior planner i use. Thanks!

Hello, I use the windowed vsync tweak in my fsx, i have the forcewindowedvsync in my .cfg and also created the batch file. My question though is what do I set the vsync setting to in NI? Currently I have it to force off because of the tweak in my .cfg Is this wrong or correct? Thank you!

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the sound coming from my asus 27inch monitor, i have none! I use a dvi cable from the desktop to my monitor, and i used to have a pair of logitech speakers which worked fine, but now I no longer have them. How do I get sound from my desktop to monitor? Do i need some type of other cable? I tried an aux chord but that didn't work either. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I recently got forcewindowedvsync correctly working and performing well, i created the .bat file but my question is, do i have to have aero enabled for this to work? i like the classic look but i feel like this will make the vsync tweak stop working. is that the case? Thank you

How much better is the 980 over the 970 because like you are all saying, the price of the 970 is wonderful. I have a 580 right now and need to replace quite soon.

OK so i dropped the water to Low 2, changed BP to 1, and also went to Anisotropic instead of trilinear. So far my FPS have gone up and steady, and i am not getting the artifacts. Touch wood it stays like this, but i think I will have to upgrade to a 780 GTX within 2 months, my 580 is getting on a bit now. By the way, is 58c while running fsx on my GPU ok for temps? and the fan is at about 60%?

AG meaning autogen? I lowered my autogen to normal last night hoping to see a difference but i still got the artifacts. Personally, I think i need a new graphics card because i've also been getting the popup saying nivida drivers stopped responding but have now recovered.

Hi everyone, So i've had this problem on and off for some time now, and i have bufferpools=0 a and water to high which is supposed to fix this issue but i still get it. I get it in areas that are heavy on frames, like flightbeam sfo, or lax, when i pan i just get these quick black tearing marks on my screen, and once i stop panning, it disappears. I have a gtx 580, i7 2600k @ 4.1ghz. If anybody can help me with this annoying issue that would be great. Thank you

Hi everyone, I am using a Tritton AX180 headset for both sound and voice and I'm having a few issues. Originally, I used Logitech speakers for the aircraft sound and just the headset for mic but now I no longer have speakers I am trying to use it for everything. My issue though is that while in the aircraft I can't hear any noise except the engines. For example on approach, I no longer hear "50, 40, 30, 20, 10" or the noise of he fmc buttons, or dials. Does anybody have any clue to this? And while on the topic of sound, the only reason I am having to use my headset for both sim sound and mic is because for some reason, my Asus monitor refuses to play any sound at all. I don't know why. Help is appreciated, thanks.

Hello, I am currently at Florida Tech training for my commercial multi and I've been using the commercial prepware product for my written knowledge test studying tool. However I have heard mixed opinions on it regarding its currency. Some people have said that they don't use the current FAA questions while others say they do. My instructor told me to use sheppard air instead but as I've already bought prepware, I want to make sure that these statements are true. Any ideas? Regards, Harry.

A little off topic here, but I bought 1600Mhz RAM when I ordered my comp a while back but it was clocked at 1333 in BIOS and I never changed it because I was too worried that they put in the wrong RAM I ordered and if I changed it then my comp wouldn't boot up. If I changed my RAM i bios to 1600, would I get better performance? Sorry if it sounds nooby.

Just wondering if someone could tell me how to insert a DME arc into the FMC. I know how to do it in the PMDG MD11 and 737 but cannot figure out how to in the LVD 767. For example, I am flying into Dublin from the west and do a 19nm DME arc, don't you normally type in DUB/292/19 ? Appreciate the help!
