Stopped simming in mid-2007 and been away from FSX since then. At the time, I had just purcahsed ASX with X Graphics. Can you tell me what is new with Active Sky 2012 and the benefit to me for upgrading, and also if any discounts apply for owning the previous version. I want to be current and take advantage of the newest, but if the delta is small between the old and new, then no need to spend $50.

Hello neil, our official support is done through http://support.hifitechinc.com. AS2012 has the graphics included in with the weather engine and has wonderful 32 bit HD textures.
