March 16, 201214 yr Going CFS would probably increase appeal. Actually, I could see multi-player become much more saturated with participation if the casual crowd could load up a plane with guns and harass others. I recall that back in October 2006, I fired up FSX mult-iplayer and it largely consisted of just this: kids harassing each other. Once you put guns into the mix, the harassment becomes "combat." Seriously though, CFS was a good game and I think that Flight would do well with a combat mode. March 16, 201214 yr Heh!! That's certainly cheaper than Dale's first WW2 combat sim, WarBirds. A typical monthly bill for a customer was over $60 at $2 per hour to fly, and many people topped $250 every month.HookYeah, I had a couple of lean months while I played WB the most. I also had to pay the phone bill, since I lived in Sweden at the time and didn't have the luxury of free local calls...I don't think combat has any place in Flight. There are other sims that do it well, I say let them.
